Well what do you know? Even Congress gets it right once in a while. They've staved off the bloodsucking states for three more years, by overruling the states' desire to tax your internet connection. This will probably cause the states -- always looking for new sources of revenue to spend -- to start taxing you by the inch as your grass grows.
